Resumen:
El texto reconstruye, desde una perspectiva testimonial y reflexiva, el legado pedagógico e intelectual de Melina Furman en el campo de la educación. A través de experiencias compartidas, la autora destaca su influencia en la enseñanza de las ciencias, la formación docente y la divulgación educativa, subrayando su compromiso con el aprendizaje profundo, el pensamiento crítico y la democratización del conocimiento. Se enfatizan dos dimensiones centrales de su legado: una vital, asociada a la pasión por aprender durante toda la vida, y otra antipolarización, vinculada a la construcción colectiva del saber mediante el diálogo y la evidencia. Asimismo, se recuperan iniciativas y proyectos que evidencian su liderazgo transformador y su capacidad para articular rigor académico con prácticas pedagógicas accesibles y significativas. El texto propone, en suma, una reflexión sobre la enseñanza como práctica ética, intelectual y profundamente humana.

Abstract:
This text reconstructs, from a testimonial and reflective perspective, the pedagogical and intellectual legacy of Melina Furman in the field of education. Through shared experiences, the author highlights her influence on science teaching, teacher education, and educational dissemination, emphasizing her commitment to deep learning, critical thinking, and the democratization of knowledge. Two central dimensions of her legacy are underscored: a vital one, related to a lifelong passion for learning, and an anti-polarization stance, linked to the collective construction of knowledge through dialogue and evidence. The text also revisits initiatives and projects that illustrate her transformative leadership and her ability to combine academic rigor with accessible and meaningful pedagogical practices. Overall, it offers a reflection on teaching as an ethical, intellectual, and deeply human practice.
